O is for Over Already?

Apologies for the late and short update today. This morning I had to show up for jury duty. Aaaaand it's done. I ended up one of the lucky few who was not called to sit a jury, although getting to watch one be selected was an experience. I'll post a full update later, if I can figure out a letter to post it on!

    Why is it jury duty is something everyone dreads? It's always good when you don't get picked.

      Partially, probably mostly, because not every employer gives time off for it. I talked with several women who, if asked to stay on a jury, would have to use their own vacation days. And then there's the stress of someone's future in your hands if you're on a criminal trial. I've heard some horror stories (because when you say you've got jury duty, EVERYONE has a story.
